These ones are a great one for batch cooking, and super easy and quick to do. This recipe has been perfect to quickly prep before heading for a day out, and a firm favourite of Aara’s.

Suitable for 6months +
Recipe makes around 6 egg cups

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
60ml milk
½ Cup Grated Cheese of your choice
Handful of Chopped Broccoli
1 Spring Onion
1 Teaspoon of Dried Parsley
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder


Method:
1.  Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
2.  Chop the Broccoli and Spring Onion
3.  Mix together all the ingredients
4.  Divide the mixture into a muffin tray
5.  Bake in the oven for roughly 15 minutes, or until they look golden on top
6.  Remove from the oven and cool

Allergies – Diary and Egg
Store in the fridge in an air tight container for 2-3 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
