Pre-Ordering Items

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out from our physical/online shop and will show as “PRE-ORDER” in the description of the product.

Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance which requires a down payment from a customer interested in procuring the said item/product.

Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Orders.

We only add the option of pre-ordering items if the stock is already in transit from our supplier. This is based on a first come first serve basis until our next bulk order is placed.

Terms and conditions for Pre-Orders

1. Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is made.
2. All orders including a “PRE-ORDER” item will be held until the pre-ordered item is available to ship, unless a separate transaction is made.
3. Estimated Date of Despatch to customers: All ETD dates are quoted in the product descriptions. This is based on when the products are due to arrive from our supplier and are subject to courier delays. If there are any issues, we will email our customers with updates.
4. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the order has been submitted and paid for and can't be exchanged for other items.
5. Once the products have arrived with us, we will despatch within 2-3 days. In the case of lost items during shipment we shall refund in full the amount that you have paid and shall offer a discount on your next purchase from us.
6. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form.
