Delivery in UK

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days*

Free UK mainland Standard delivery on all orders over £45
Standard UK mainland delivery (3-4 working days) £3.95 `
(For Xmas delivery – Order by 6.30pm Tue 17th December)

Express UK mainland delivery (1-3 working days)  £4.65
(For Xmas delivery – Order by 6.30pm Tue 19th December) 

All orders are delivered in the UK through Royal Mail (Signed For) with an estimated delivery time below after notification that your order has been dispatched.

*Working Days are Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Delivery Outside of the UK

Europe:
Standard delivery via courier service (5- 15 working days) £15

USA / GCC / AU / ROW:
Standard delivery via courier service (10- 25 working days) £25

International orders will be subject to local import duty and tax fees. Your customs will contact you directly for payment. Any orders send back to Martha Oh My! due to unpaid import fees will be eligible for a partial refund, not including the delivery fee paid.

Returns

We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will accept returns. All products must be returned within 14 days. Due to hygiene, all silicone and teething products must be unused and still in its original packaging as received.

We take great care to inspect and package your order before it is shipped, but in the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty upon arrival, please contact us and we will be happy to replace.

Please note that as we are a small business, we are unable to refund the cost of postage and you will be responsible for the cost of return. We highly recommend sending your return via tracked post as Martha Oh My! accepts no liability for any items lost in transit. We hope you understand.
