These packages are great for a quick breakfast, especially if you're on the go. It only has 4 main ingredients!
Ingredients:
> 1 Grated Apple 
> 1 Banana 
> 1 Egg
> 50g Rolled Oats 
> 1/4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon 
> A little butter for frying 
Method: 
> Mash the banana and mix in the grated apple 
> Whisk in the egg 
> Add the oats and the Cinnamon, and mix 
> Spoon into the frying pan, and fry on a low to medium eat for roughly 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown 
Store in the fridge for 3 days, and suitable for the freezer
