This is a great recipe if you want to get a bit more veg in.
It’s super-easy, both my two have loved this and can be adapted so easily.
If you want to try an allergy for the first time, this is also perfect for stirring in a little peanut butter.
Suitable for 6months +
Ingredients:
50g rolled oats
300ml milk of choice
60g grated carrot and or courgette
¼ tsp cinnamon
Method:
1. Finely grate the carrot and courgette
2. Add all ingredients into a saucepan
3. Simmer on a low heat for 8-10mins
Allergies – wheat, dairy.
Dairy free option – Plant based milk
Store in an air tight container in fridge for 2-3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
