Easy Brownie Baked Oats

These baked oat chocolate brownies are so easy to make and super-yummy for the whole family. They are great for either a little treat, snack or even breakfast with berries and yogurt. 😋
Ingredients:
500g rolled oats
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
1 mashed ripe banana
3 tbsp yogurt (I used full fat Greek)
250ml milk of choice (I used full fat)
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
50ml maple syrup (optional)
Chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180c
2. In a large bowl mix all of the dry ingredients together: oats, cocoa powder & baking powder.
3. Mash up the ripe banana & melt the coconut oil.
4. Add in all of the remaining ingredients into the bowl and mix together until combined.
5. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the centre.
Allergies – wheat, dairy.
Store in an air tight container in fridge for 2-3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
