Recently Aara has really been enjoying her snacks, which has been a challenge to keep them interesting. So I’ve been on the hunt for new things to try. These bliss balls were a perfect find, and they can also double up for breakfast too, ideal! 
I may have snook a few for my own on the go breakfast 👍 
Suitable for 12 months + 
Make sure allergens have been introduced before serving. 
Ingredients 
> 1 1/2 cups of rolled Oats 
> 1 cup of Raspberries 
> Around 25 Almonds 
> 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil, can use alternatives like coconut oil 
> Optional Maple Syrup (Over 1’s) 
> Desiccated Coconut for rolling 
Method 
> Put the rolled oats, raspberries, almonds, olive oil and optional maples syrup into a food processor, then blitz till smooth like a powder. Do add a little water to help combine while blitzing 
> Take some of the mixture and roll into balls
> Roll in the desiccated coconut 
> Chill in the fridge 
Can be stored in the fridge for 2/3 days and freezer up to 3 months.
